Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, subscription date, consent version, and a random unsubscribe token. We use your address for new-concept updates. Every future newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes the live subscription record.

The private subscriber dashboard requires a password. Encrypted backups are stored with OVHcloud for 30 days, so a deleted record can remain in a backup until it expires. This site does not currently send automated confirmation messages.

Spam protection

The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes the information needed to perform its security check under its privacy policy. The server validates the result before accepting a signup.

Aggregate site analytics

We count pageviews, concept views, copy clicks and successful copies, newsletter completion events, outbound X clicks, broad device/browser categories, referrer domains, and page engagement. We also measure page loading, responsiveness, and layout stability. The analytics system is hosted on our own server and uses no cookies, local storage, persistent visitor identifier, or fingerprint.

A random identifier exists only for the current page load so repeated delivery and engagement updates can be combined. It is not reused across pages. We do not record IP addresses, full user-agent strings, email addresses, full referring URLs, or query strings in analytics. Optional campaign labels are accepted only in a restricted format. Raw measurements expire after 90 days. Unique people, returning visitors, geographic location, and cross-page sessions are not measured.

Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browser blocking and failed deliveries mean counts can be incomplete. Separate abuse protection uses keyed IP hashes for short-lived request limits; these are not joined to analytics.
